At Two Tea 22, your satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in selecting and packaging our teas and accessories, but we understand that issues can occasionally arise.
Returns Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at info@twotea22.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Be sure to include your order number and a brief explanation of your concern.
Returns will be considered only if:
The item is unused and in its original packaging
Your request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
You have contacted us first and received return instructions
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and further steps.
Please note:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure product quality and safety, we cannot accept returns on the following:
Opened tea packages, even if only partially used or disliked in taste
Gift sets or tea accessories that have been opened, used, or are not in original condition
Items returned outside of the 14-day window
Refunds
If your return is approved and the item meets our return criteria, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement after we receive the item.
