Kakegawa Sencha
(Japanese Green Tea)
50g(1.8oz)

Sencha is an excellent choice for those who are just starting to explore the world of green tea. KakegawaSencha is not your average green tea! it is a true work of art, a beautiful blend of carefully selected leaves crafted by an expert tea blender. The leaves are gently steamed to stop fermentation and make them more elastic. This process removes any bitterness, leaving you with a delightful and smooth cup of tea. This art form is akin to perfumery, where natural talent meets learned skill. Sencha is a delicate tea that requires gentle steeping with water that isn't too hot, making it quite the finicky tea. The tea's deep green color will be revealed when brewed. But oh, the taste! Its "green" flavor is a celebration of all things vegetal and is highly revered in Japan. Sipping it from small cups is an experience not to be missed, especially when paired with savory snacks (never sweet treats!). In fact, tasting something savory before drinking Sencha can enhance its inherent sweetness, making for a truly delightful experience. This tea is often used in traditional Japanese tea ceremonies to mark events of personal significance. And what better way to show your love and appreciation than with this enchanting tea? It's like a warm hug that says "I see you, I believe in you, and I want you to succeed." So go ahead and share the joy of Kakegawa Sencha with someone special - they're sure to thank you with a smile as bright as the sun.)
